Karibee Honey Australia (“Karibee”, “we” and “us”) is the operator of (karibee.com.au) (“Website”). By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Shipping Costs

We use Australia Post for most of our shipping with Standard and Express Post options at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

You may access the Australia Post Calculator online for an estimate cost, all orders are dispatched from Perth, postcode 6000. We do recommend you add items to your cart and let our system calculate postage fees should your order be less than AUD$100.00.

Free shipping on orders over $100.00 within Western Australia only (standard Post), excluding express shipping.

Click & Collect

This delivery option is only available in Perth. Orders may be picked up at Karibee Perth. Items ordered via Click & Collect must be collected within 7 days at Karibee Perth.

International Orders are delivered 9am-5.30pm Monday to Friday.

Karibee recommends that your nominated delivery address be an address that you are available at during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign for your order at the nominated address, please advise us by emailing karibee.com.au

Australia Post Express Post Service guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network. The Express Post network covers over 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes. We ship all orders from our Head Office in Perth. International Shipments

Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Karibee, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorise us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance (on your behalf) any duties and taxes owed by you.

Your order will be insured from when it is dispatched from Karibee to when the item is delivered to you. When you sign for your order, responsibility for the items passes from Karibee to you. Please be aware that if you request our courier partner to leave the item for you and you do not sign for the item, the insurance of your package will be voided and responsibility for any damage to the items contained will be yours.

We are utilising Australia Post’s International delivery.

Out Of Stock

We take care to update our site multiple times a day however in some very rare instances an item can become out of stock. If this happens, we will notify you within one business day that we will not be able to deliver the goods in the usual delivery period. If it is an item that we cannot re-order – we will give you a refund immediately; if it is an item we can re-order – we will inform you of the new delivery time frame and give you the choice of waiting or receiving a refund.

We are utilising Australia Post’s Public Holiday delivery.
